This article discusses the issue of the regional aspect within the jurisprudence school, where we live in a country in which “mukhtasir khalil washuruhuh lildaradir”, alkharshii and Allish are famous.

These explanations represent the Egyptian Maliki school of jurisprudence, which clearly differs in its rules from the Maghreb Maliki school, including the Algerian ones.

This paper deals with the characteristics of the Algerian Maliki school.
