Abstract EN

The research consists of four chapters, including (Chapter I) the methodological framework, the problem of research based on the following question: What are the most important behavioral variables in the character of the father in the American theater compared to Arthur Miller, Tennessee Williams? The research aims to identify the dimensions and characteristics of the father's personality and its implications among the plays of the book (Arthur Miller, Tennessee Williams).

The limits of the research were limited between the years 1940-1950.

The second chapter deals with the study of American Pragmatical philosophy, including Pearce, James and Dewey.
