The purpose of this study is to learn about the role played by websites in bringing government together and facilitating the most important services provided by the distribution company of electricity and gas, for the benefit of its consumer customers and for protection of their rights.

The results of this study revealed that the company's website offered several services to bring services closer to customers and protect their rights, including the provision of SMS services and the electronic payment of invoices through the Gold Card.
