These supervisory means play an important and prominentrole in the protection of the system of the aesthetic year of the Algerian cities, and this is whatappears in the procedures of issuing it stipulated by law, which requires the applicant to submit hisrequest to technical studies and legal, carried out by competent bodies, the sole concern is tomaintain the aesthetic splendor of the city, but this role does not reach the hoped Due to the lack ofawareness among the citizens and the inefficiency of the competent authorities, and the weaksupervision of the practice on these urban actions.
