The survival of civilizations and nations against time is mainly measured by the strength of itsarchitectural foundations and infrastructures.

It is also related to the direct link to the right ofappropriation which is guaranteed by the constitution.

However, and most of the time, conflicts aboutphysical technicalities are created which proceed the range of expertise of the real-estate judge suchas architectural measurements, quantum estimations related to constructions and quality standards.

In such cases, it is proven to be difficult for the real-estate judge to solve those conflicts.

Therefore, the Algerian legislator allowed the real-estate judge to seek the advice of experts, each in their field, to solve such cases and provide evidence to back-up the judge's decisions.

Consequently, the reportof expertise is a crucial element in the case.

So, how can the judge use the report of expertise to give his sentences? And what role do such report play in solving those cases and convincing all theopponents?
