Abstract EN

Remonstrance considered one of the most accentuated modern western theories which be mixed between deliberative and rhetoric lesson.

In addition, this study has been the first mover advantage among sciences.

As ancient Greeks searched it in their books.

Particularly Aristotle in his book (Rhetoric).

He has established a remonstrance lesson.

Then he tried to employ mechanisms of this rhetoric theory in analysis of some Imam Hassan’s speeches (peace be upon him) that have characterized by the standard language and high rhetoric.

Then made it rich material to study and rhetorical analysis on different sides.

In addition, this study has another purposes which represented by focusing on persuasion side that deliberative lesson will be oriented in Imam Hassan’s speeches (peace be upon him).

Al-Amawi media tried to distortion and overcome it through, telling lies as they said “Imam Hassan cannot persuade others”.

Here the researcher has proved through, showing some speeches that are otherwise the claim untrue.

Research contains others results for the reader meditated .
