Algerian society suffers from the phenomenon of juvenile delinquenc, like the rest of 's the world societies, as a result of the rapid social change that has taken place at various social,cultural and economic levels , sresulting in a change in the value ladder,the emergence of new phenomena that were less widespread than they are now,Socialization in the control of the behavior of individuals, all contributed to the increasing phenomenon of juvenile delinquency both in terms of quantity represented n the increase in numberi, or in terms of quality through the diversity and seriousness of deviant behavior and criminal committed, and we try through Delinquent this article to focus on personal characteristics that Discriminate by these events which distinguish them from individuals who are not delinquent in such age
