Abstract EN

This study attempted to detect the use of modern technology in the educational relationship between teacher and student in the University field, this comparison between the University of Ziane Ashur djelfa and Amar thelidji Laghouat and distributed to identify the 60 students from each of the two universities.

It was found that the majority of teachers and students don't take advantage of the Internet and social networking sites in the educational relationship between them, although provided in college and in their homes, frequent use and spread among all people, the closeness between two tables using ratios Technology and social networking sites through tutorials and framing supervision and guidance.
