The world communities have witnessed several important developments and changes, especially at the informatics communicative technology.

The developed countries have been the first paramount to use it for their private interests.

They have acquired the apparatus, tools, designs, and programmers of treating the picture.

On the other side, we find the weak countries, which import such technology together with its aftermaths.

As a result, the concern has risen towards the negative effects of this process since the weak nations’ individuals become a flexible clay in the hands of the powerful nations.

Thus, the culture of picture has no limits.

It is available for everyone everywhere and at any time regardless to social, political or cultural backgrounds.

It implies hidden messages full of poison chosen under the pretext of cultivation, informing and entertaining.

Throughout these changes in hot spots, they have emerged alignments of progressive groups in many countries calling for ideological ideas like what’s happening in Algeria.

These groups are interests asking people to refer back to the fundamentals and principles of religion.

Religion, convention and sect play decisive roles of the new trend.

The conflicts between sects annoy high responsible because they threat the stability and distort the civil society
