The performance process is a process that aims first to measure what has been accomplished by the organization during a specific period of time compared to what has been planned.

Performance also requires multiple steps based on a number of indicators and criteria that help to identify deficiencies or deviations, along short and long terms.

As for the organization, the performance process provides objective and accurate information on the strengths and weaknesses that can improve the performance of its workers in performing their tasks in a given period of time; as well as knowledge of the progress in the policy of activating their human, technical and financial resources and also the external changes resulting from their impact on the external environment, to give them the ability to design a strategy based on good management and planning for its future horizons.
