تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على النظام القانوني الجزائري الذي ينظم الديمقراطية التشاركية باعتبارها وسيلة مستحدثة لتدعيم نظام المانجمت على المستوى المحلي.
حاول المشرع الجزائري الإقتداء بالتشريعات المقارنة و تكريس مجموعة من الحقوق في إطار تفعيل نظام الديمقراطية التشاركية تمارس بصفة فردية أو جماعية تتطلب تحيينا وفقا لركائز الديمقراطية التشاركية قصد ضمان فعالية الديمقراطية التشاركية في تأسيس مناجمنت عمومي على المستوى المحلي تنعكس إيجابا على التنمية المحلية ثم التنمية الوطنية على جميع الأصعدة.
Abstract EN
This study aims to find out about the Algerian legal system that organizes participatory democracy as an innovative means of strengthening the management system at the local level.
The Algerian legislator has tried to imitate comparative legislation and devote a set of rights in the framework of the activation of the system of participatory democracy, which requires an update in accordance with the pillars of participatory democracy.
