الحكومة الإلكترونية هي دمج تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات في جميع العمليات بهدف تعزيز قدرة الحكومة على تلبية احتياجات عامة للمواطنين و الغرض الأساسي للحكومة الإلكترونية هو تبسيط العمليات للجميع أي الحكومة و المواطنين و الأعمال التجارية و ما إلى ذلك على الصعيد الوطني و على مستوى الولايات و المستوى المحلي.
Abstract EN
E governance, expands to electronic governance, is lhe integration of information and communication technology (ict) in all the processes with the aim of enhancing government ability to address the needs of the general public.
The basic purpose of e governance is to simplify processes for all, i.e.
governme nt, citizens, businesses, etc, at national, state and local levels.
