شهدت الجزائر تحولات مختلفة على مختلف الأصعدة إذ باشرت إصلاحات قانونية متأثرة بالتطورات التكنولوجية و التقنية و مواكبة لهاته التحولات قامت بإقرار قانون التجارة الإلكترونية مسايرة للانتشار الواسع للمعاملات التجارية الإلكترونية في الفضاء الافتراضي و الذي لا يخلو من احتمالية وقوع نصب و احتيال و مختلف الاعتداءات على الحقوق الأمر الذي استدعى تدخل القانون لفرض الحمائية.
Abstract EN
Algeria has submitted various transformations at various levels , As it embarked on legal reforms affected by technological developments.
In keeping with these changes, it has approved the e commerce Law in line with the wide spread of electronic commercial transactions in the virtual space which is not without the possibility of scam , fraud and various rights violations , and that require d the law intervention to impose Penal protectionism for e commerce.
