Abstract EN

This study seeks to achieve a number of goals by looking at the phenomenon of administrative corruption, which is one of the administrative challenges that could impede the process of comprehensive development.

On this basis, states are trying to investigate the application of regulatory procedures and the activation of preventive controls with the aim of combating and reducing them.

Furthermore, the significance of the baseline study is that it attempts to revealing these legal procedures and mechanisms monitored by the Algerian Legislature to fight administrative corruption, by indicating the role played by oversight bodies.
