Abstract EN

The issues of the article are about the problematic of social, spatial and environmental exclusion, streamed of the new tendency of the economic political in the current urban politics in the Moroccan cities.

This sociological research was corroborated of fieldwork data collected around the mega projects in Rabat and Casablanca, compared to their similar in Dubai and Brussels.

The theoretical background was defined of a critical view to the radical geographers' thesis and political scientists, in addition to the urban sociological approaches.

I concluded the impact of such politics on space, people, environmental and political power.
