أردنا من خلال هذه الورقة أن نعرج و لو بالشكل الوجيز على آلية الديمقراطية التشاركية باعتبارها نمط و شكل جديد من أشكل إشراك المواطن و أطياف المجتمع المدني في بناء القرار ذا الشأن العام و ذلك من خلال إعطاء مفاهيم الديمقراطية التشاركية و الأسس التي تبنى عليه و فيما تتمثل الآليات التي بها يمكن تحقيقها بها و كذا الأهداف التي من شأن هذه الآلية تحققها

Through this paper we examine the mechanism of participatory democracy as a new form of the citizen and civil society components sharing in the public decision making; on the basis of participatory democracy definition, mechanisms and goals.
