تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التركيز على دور ثورة تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات و الثورة في الشؤون العسكرية الدفاعية في هندسة أنظمة الدفاعات الصاروخية الأمريكية في مجتمع الموجة الثالثة و التحديات الأمنية الجديدة للقرن الحادي و العشرين من خلال الانتشار الأفقي و الانتشار العمودي للقذائف الانسيابية و الصواريخ الهجومية التكتيكية و الإستراتيجية القادرة على إيصال أسلحة الدمار الشامل و التي قد تستهدف الأمن القومي للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية و حلفائها.
تسعى الولايات المتحدة و حلفائها إلى هندسة شبكة مترابطة و معقدة من نظم الدفاعات الصاروخية المضادة للقذائف و الصواريخ البالستية لاعتراضها في مسرح العمليات الجو و الفضاء و بالنسبة لمدى فعالية و أداء هذه الأنظمة في الاعتراض الناجح يتعلق بالتحديث و الابتكارات التقنو- عسكرية التي تعتمد عليها الشركات الصناعية العسكرية الدفاعية الأمريكية مع قابلية دمج نظام الأنظمة ببعضها في المستقبل
Abstract EN
This study focuses on the role of the revolution of informations and communications technology and revolution in military defense affairs, its role in engineering U.
S missile defense systems in the third wave community, and new security challenges in the twenty-first century, through horizontal-vertical proliferation of cruise missiles and tactical-strategic offensive missiles, capable to launch weapons of mass destruction, may target national security of the U.
S and its allies.

S and allies seeks for engineering missile defense systems in theater of operations and atmosphere-exoatmospheric, also effectiveness and performance those sytems has related in devoleping military technology by U.
S military industrial complex and possibility to integrate system of sytems in the future.
