Anthropology has confirmed its merit in studies on property, inheritance, marriage and kinship as well as all practices and semantics produced by individuals in the form of relationships and systems embraced by social construction, where anthropology seeks to dismantle many concepts and terminology etymology in order to systematically hold them accountable and try to strip them of the ambiguity that is revealed in many cultural practices in traditional and civilized societies, so I think it is necessary to move the hammer of research to reflect these concepts in our Desert societies despite years of Urbanization in the Basin of Ouargla, and perhaps our access to the phenomenon of marriage as a central point through which we can understand these social manifestations based on the strength of kinship bonds, tribal identity that defines the systems of ownership, inheritance and social division of desert space.
