Abstract EN

This research paper adresses the topic of risk communication as one of the necessary types of communication in critical circumstances and in emergency situations that can occur at any moment, focusing on its strategic bets in disaster management and in avoiding damages and losses that can affects individuals, groups, institutions and states alike, or reduce them, or adapt well to them in order to get out of them with minimal losses in humans, property and environment, whether these risks are in the form of natural disasters, or the human factor is the main cause of them intentionally like bombings and terrorist acts, or unintentionally, such as traffic accidents, the risk communication with its various means and messages remains the vital nerve that contributes to raising awareness of these risks for the target audience, and managing them well before, during and after they occur.
