The subject of this study highlights the role of the Zawayahs in family cohesion in Algerian society in general, where we conducted a field study under Zawiyah of Sheikh Belaissawi located in the city of Ras El Wadi, in the Wilayat of Bordj Bou Arreridj, and our study community were the conflicting families that Sheikh El Zawiyah intended to mediate in their family disputes, and the study sample consisted of Sixty-two (62) families with the characteristics above, relying on the descriptive analytical method, the study concluded a set of results, the most important of which are: Al-Zawiyah has a leading role in the division of inheritance, as it helps to resolve the divorce problem, while providing material assistance to needy families in the region
