Colonialism was widely spread over a period of time.

By the end of the 19th century, the countries now independent of Third World countries in the continents of Asia, Africa and Latin America were under the direct or indirect control of Western colonial powers.

Morocco has played an important role in the North African continent as it has its geographical and radical position in history, but the European countries aggressively attacked it in the 19th century.

Hence, gradual efforts began in the country's independence.

With these events, the Moroccan poet Mohamed Abdel-Rahman El-Halawi did not satisfy the current situation.

He was deeply influenced by his intellectual environment and the sympathy of his thoughts and feelings on social and political issues and emerged within the framework of poetic art.

In this research we will study the poetry of the Moroccan poet according to the descriptive-analytical approach, and extract and analyze the poet's most important directions regarding the policies of the oppressors.

According to the results of the research, Mohamed Abdel-Rahman El-Halawi is considered one of the social political poets who openly and explicitly criticized the colonists in his poems and made amendments.

His anti-colonial ideas were also prominent in his poems.

Other findings in this study indicate that the poet believes that people play a major role in the war against colonialism, and that children contribute to this struggle as the pillar of society
