The literary genre in an old critical saying as the oldness of the literary creativity.

Platon and his student Aristotle are considered as the spiritual fathers to this critic sayin which had a great importance in recent time.

This literary genre has beautiful and thematic criteria that cannot be breached or transgressed particularly in the classical age.

Nevertheless romanticism has another attitude concerning the question of the literary genre.

It sees that the literary creator is rebellious concerning the limits and does not accept any one to force him to bound to this criteria.

The attitude has been changed from the theory of literary genre in a clear way beginning with the period of post-modernity, thus the texts have become unidentified so that we cannot say which genre it is.- On the other side the romantic age has another attitude concerning the question of literary genre.

It sees the literary creator as an insurgent to the limits and doesn’t accept to bound by criteria which limit his literary potentialities.

And these texts continuously break the literary boundaries.

And this fact brings about new literary genres more appropriate to its age and to its cultural climate.
