Abstract EN

In This paper, we will try to study child labour as a social phenomenon and especially as a humanitarian problem.

If we look into the depth of it, the situation in our modern communities seems to be looded with conflicts, struggles, fundamentalism, selfishness and the gowing threat of terrorism at the expense of the principles and values.

Added to this, the manifestations of inequality, discrimination and the hindrance of the language of dialogue.

These negative factors contribute a great deal to the appearance of many suffocating social problems and their spread all over the word.

Chief among these problems which threaten the safety and the tranquility of the societies and cripple peace operations and sustainable development: the problem of child labour and their exploitation economically.

With regard to its nefarious effects, this phenomenon remains the most complex social problem which the contem porary world witnesses and is drawned in its filth our modern society.

To shift the perspective of our research to this problem, we have chosen to tackle it through three perspective.

First, we will examine the leading factors behind the spread of this phenomenon in an attempt to focus on its main properties.

Second, we will look at how organizations face this phenomenon with considering it as an existing reality.

This, we will try to sun up the different conclusions we reached through our examination of three case studies.
