In the economics of global markets, the best way to grow and develop is not to wait for what the future would bring for you, but to make some steps forward to it through innovation, renewal, investment and excellent knowledge which in itself is a competitive advantage.

In this context, there has been an increasing trend in the recent years towards Micro and Medium-sized Enterprises operating in different circumstances and conditions than before, especially with the technological development, and the adoption of institutions the technological innovation and information to manage their relationship with customers, and this technological leap is a new method of innovation to gain competitive advantages, and for this reason we have discussed the betting and challenges of the technological innovation in micro and medium-sized enterprises.
