Abstract EN

The establishment of any knowledge requires three conditions: subject, methodology and theories, which is witnessed by the information and communication field during the fifties of the last century, after determining the theme of media phenomena it was the turn of theories and more precisely paradigm ; they contain theories and methods of their own curriculum ,and during this period the cybernetic paradigm was the most prominent paradigm through which guide and control information and communication research.

This study concerned with the relationship between the cybernetic paradigm the one hand and science of information and communication on the other hand, by applying the method open systemic and content analysis tool related to cybernetic publication and this in order to know how this paradigm contribute in the media field.

In fact this study come to highlight the importance of this paradigm in media field , by referring to the most important points studied by this paradigm in a content analysis form study.
