The right to work is a constitutional and legal right, so every citizen has the right to work without discrimination.

The right to work is considered an economic and social right, as the constitutions provide this right with the necessary protection, and then this protection was transferred to the international community through declarations, conventions and international organizations.

Because of this right of great importance at the national and international levels, the state must create job opportunities for all citizens so that the worker is financially and economically secure, and feels dignity and pride without difficulty, monopoly or discrimination.
