Abstract EN

The topic of sexual change is one of the topics that has become widespread and raises medical and legal problems at the internal and global level, especially with the sympathy of some European countries with this group, which sees itself as the victim of a society on the one hand and the victim of psychological disorders on the other, as the internal feeling and sexual orientation of this group is the opposite of the apparent sex and documented in the civil case in their opinion.

Through this study we will try to address a range of problems by studying the positive laws and presenting various jurisprudential opinions and judicial decisions related to the subject, especially comparative law, because there are no judicial rulings at the national level regarding sexual change, and this is probably due to the specificity of Algerian society, which considers these matters to be a departure from the Islamic religion.
