نظرا إلى واقع الحال الذي تشهده المرأة في عصرنا من خوضها ميادين العلوم جميعا ووقوفها مع الرجال في بعض الميادين.
افتتحت الباحثة هذا الموضوع بحديث عرفت فيه القضاء لغة و اصطلاحا، و بينت في هذا البحث مدى صلاحية المرأة لمنصب القضاء بالاعتماد على أقوال العلماء المختلفة فمنهم من قال بالمنع المطلق و منهم من قال بالجواز المطلق و منهم من قال بالجواز المقيد، وفي النهاية ناقشت الورقة البحثية الآراء للوصول للقول الراجح في هذه المسألة
Abstract EN
In view of the reality of the situation that women in our time are experiencing in all areas of science, and standing with men in some fields The researcher opened the subject with a speech in which the judiciary was known as a language and a term.
In this research, she explained the validity of women to the position of the judiciary, based on the statements of various scholars.
Some of them said the olute prohibition, Opinions to arrive at the most correct sayings on this issue.
