The self-stimulation (Motivating oneself one of the dimensions of emotional intelligence, and requires the success of the educational guide professional capabilities and skills of a wide Khvz-reliance and self-management, and control of emotions, management and persuasion, and these skills and others combined are material relationships between humans and the components necessary for social attractiveness and social success it has these skills can communicate with others easily and read their feelings and responses, and that the weakness of owning educational guide for those skills offered by multiple problems including vocational compatibility problems (double satisfaction for the work), and problems with subordinates at work, and that the changes in the society and the family and the scientific progress, the great technological development in education and methods and to increase the number of students and changes in terms of employment and occupation all this underscores the need for guidance and counseling and guides who are intelligent and emotional, especially self-stimulation..

The aim of the current search: Identify self-stimulate the counselors.

-The significance of statistical differences in self-stimulation depending on the variable sex (males and females).

Was applied research on a sample of counselors in Babylon wildly, reaching a sample Guides (57), his mentor, and the sample guides reached (57) guide.

In order to achieve the goals of research has been the application of self-stimulation measure after it was confirmed the validity and reliability scale, and reached the search results that counselors have stimulate the self, as the results reached a lack of statistically significant differences in reliance among counselors motivate differences according to gender ( male Female).

In light of the search results it was reached a set of recommendations and proposals.
