The current research is aimed at: 1.

Build a training program to teach thinking skills to students - teachers.

2.

verify the effectiveness of the proposed training program in: - - Teaching performance of students - teachers at the College of Basic Education / Department of Science / Life Sciences Branch / University of Babylon.

To investigate, the second goal of the search was the formulation of the null hypothesis of the following: There is no difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average scores of students - teachers in the experimental group who underwent the training program and the average score of students - teachers who have not undergone the training program in teaching performance scale.

Researcher experimental design adopted a experimental group and the control group, partial seizures, and the test (posttest) for performance of teaching students - the teachers, with the experimental group underwent the training program, while the control group for this program have not been subject.

It has identified the research community and appointed the following: Confined to the research community and appointed by the students - teachers from the fourth row / Life Sciences / College of Basic Education / University of Babylon, as the number of the sample (65) students for the academic year 2015/2016, she was chosen sample in a way a simple random draw, was the distribution of students - teachers randomly into two groups, one experimental and number (30) a student - teacher and student - teacher that have undergone ((TSC)), and another officer and numbered (29) a student - teacher and student - teacher, after excluding the student dropout, because it was subject to the program training, bringing the total sample (59) a student - teacher and student - teacher of students from the fourth stage / Science Department / branch of life sciences, to measure their performance teaching after the completion of the application of the training program and going to schools that will apply them in the second semester.

Researcher parity between students - teachers of the two sets of search variables have been conducted (chronological age measured in months, the IQ test, test scores above information for items methods of public instruction, grades matter of public teaching methods for the academic year previous (2014/2015), has been keen researcher to set some non-experimental variables that could affect the safety of the training program.

The training program has been built according to three stages: 1.

implementation phase (Operations) 3.

Calendar stage (outputs) And then display the preliminary his image on a group of arbitrators to check it before you start applying it, and to take advantage of their observations and make the necessary adjustments to it, as was the training program prepared to teach the skills of application of thinking for students - teachers (experimental group) in the Department of Science rooms at the College of Basic Education - University of Babylon , which was extended to 12 weeks, the time of the training session of three hours per week, have been implemented in a single day, an average of 36 hours of training, the training program was distributed vocabulary students - teachers experimental group before starting the implementation of the training program.

The search tool They note card teaching performance, it has adopted a researcher note card in the study (Mchaon, 2009) so as to suitability for the research objectives and contains 53 items distributed in three areas (planning, implementation, evaluation) with appreciation quintet, conducted a researcher some adjustments the clauses included these amendments (10) vertebrae in order to fit in with teaching thinking skills after confirming characteristics Alsekoumtrah.

The researcher used the following statistical methods: (Altaia t-Test test for two independent samples, and Chi-square (Ca 2) for good conformity, and Pearson correlation coefficient, the equivalent size effect).

After analyzing the results statistically researcher found to: Outweigh the students - teachers in the experimental group of students - the teachers in the control group in the teaching performance according to the note card.

It was a number of conclusions and recommendations and proposals.
