Our study aims at uncovering the legal mechanisms governing the electoral process, especially with regard to party alliances, which political parties use during electoral events to complete the specific electoral platform to win the largest possible power-sharing seats at the local or national levels.

The elections under which partisan alliances can be built, and our study is directed towards identifying the implications of the specific law in the form and nature of partisan alliances that enable the elected councils to perform their administrative and developmental tasks.
