The research dealt with the Malaysian experience that has taken reforms and policies that indicate the importance of control and the provisions of decisions and policies with indicators and tools that enable it to achieve the desired goals of the society internally and externally, in order to enforce the law and achieve societal goals with justice and achieve reform and avoid corruption and control it from its basis and not only its symptoms, and thus reform the rest of human and material resources and wealth instead of loss and waste, and this was done by addressing most of the governance indicators such as accountability, fighting corruption, and the government's effectiveness in changing and adjusting the state budget to achieve financial discipline, with the importance of political will and concerted efforts between senior leaders and the Ministry of Finance and Planning, with the importance of discarding Sectarianism and ethnic partisanship in Malaysia, and the involvement of executives in preparing and managing financial policy
