This research paper aims to illustrate the importance of the oil refining industry in Algeria as a strategic option to diversify the output of the Algerian oil industry, where the subsequent industry in Algeria can be used to produce refined petroleum products that provide other sources of funding in light of the decline in crude oil prices in world markets.

the study found a significant lack of investment in the refining industry in Algeria.
