Abstract AR
تعد عقود المستقبليات المالي أحد أهم أنواع المشتقات لأنها تعطي المستثمر فرصة لتقليل المخاطر التي يتعرض لها إلى أدنى مستوى ممكن.
و نتيجة التطورات الكبيرة في أسواق الأوراق المالية و العملات الأجنبية خلال الخمس و العشرين سنه الماضية و ما تتضمنه من مخاطر فإن هذه التطورات دفعت باتجاه اعتماد عقود المستقبليات المالي لتجنب هذه المخاطر و تستعمل عادة لبيع و شراء موجود معين بسعر متفق عليه و بتاريخ محدد في المستقبل و القاعدة الأساس في هذا العقد إن الأصل و الكمية يتم الاتفاق عليها عند توقيع العقد على أن يتم تنفيذ دفع الثمن و تسليم الأصل المتفق عليه مستقبلا.
و إزاء المعاصرة الفكرية لهذا الموضوع و ما يستحقه من دراسة علمية معمقة فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتتناول الموضوع ببعديه الفكري المعرفي و التطبيقي و على وفق ذلك فقد تحدد الإطار النظري و التطبيقي.
و تعد عقود المستقبليات المالي إحدى أهم أنواع الهندسة المالية و التي تعطي المستثمر فيها فرص مهمة لتقليل المخاطر التي يتعرض لها من خلال استبدال موجود معين بموجود أخر بسعر محدد وفي موعد أو قبل موعد محدد في المستقبل.
و يتفق معظم المهتمون و المتعاملون و المتخصصون على أن عقود المستقبليات المالي هي من أفضل ما استطاع الفكر الاستثماري انجازه حتى ألان و خلص البحث الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات و التوصيات
Abstract EN
Financial futures contracts are one of the most important types of derivatives, as they give the investor an opportunity to minimize the risk to which they are exposed.
As a result of significant developments in the stock and foreign exchange markets over the past 25 years and the risks involved, these developments have pushed towards the adoption of financial futures contracts to avoid these risks, usually used to sell and sell an existing one at an agreed price and at a fixed date in The future, and the basis of this contract, is that the asset and quantity are agreed upon upon the signing of the contract, with the payment of the price being executed and the agreed asset delivered in the future.
In view of the intellectual contemporary of this subject and the scientific study it deserves in depth, this study came to address the topic in its intellectual, cognitive and applied dimensions and accordingly it has defined the theoretical and practical framework.
Financial futures contracts are one of the most important types of financial engineering in which it gives the investor important opportunities to reduce the risks to which it is exposed by replacing a certain existing with another at a certain price and at a specific date or before a specific date in the future.
Most interested, clients and specialists agree that financial futures contracts are one of the best investment ideas that investment thought has achieved so far, and the research has concluded a set of conclusions and recommendations.
