The issue of reducing costs in general is an important matter for all organizations.

Thus, the transition from traditional accounting methods of a manual nature to electronic accounting based on the computer had a great impact on the daily work of accountants and the profession in general.

Cloud computing is an emerging paradigm for providing computing and information technology services and a promising innovation that will deliver significant cost savings and unprecedented flexibility in how organizations consume IT resources.

As the use of cloud accounting depends on the Internet connection, unlike the (traditional) computer-based electronic accounting.

This research deals with employing modern methods based on cloud computing, namely (Return on Investment (ROI) measure, Investment Cost (IC), Payback period (PP), Accounting Rate of Return (ARR) and Net Present Value ( NPV)) in
