Abstract EN

The aim of the research was to develop the teaching practices of the student teachers in the Sharia sciences in the Saudi universities in the light of the renewed educational requirements.

In order to achieve the research objectives, the researcher followed the descriptive method.

The questionnaire was composed of (60) teaching practices divided into seven main aspects.

(84) members of faculty members in Saudi universities, and the following results were revealed : (1) The results of the study are : 1.

Effective teaching practices are done by the student teachers (medium).

2 - Most of the fields achieved a (medium) practice, except for the field of classroom management has gained a great deal of practice.

3 - There are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the members of the study sample of faculty members on any of the seven areas of the questionnaire due to gender or professional experience.

4 - There are differences of statistical significance about the classroom management only due to the difference of the university variable.

5 - There are no statistically significant differences in the general average due to the difference of any variables: university, sex or professional experience.

Finally, the researcher recommended the need to monitor the modern educational requirements to transfer them to the student teachers of Sharia sciences and enable them to apply it in their classrooms, and the need to pay attention to the evaluation of the performance of student teachers of the Sharia science in the light of the competencies and the importance of studying, analyzing and evaluating the proposed scenario for the development of teaching practices among the student teachers of Sharia science by researchers in preparation for the application through a training program or an integrated educational program.
