The study tried to identify the role and impact of Just in Time system (JIT) (as anindependent variable) upon the competitive advantage (as a dependent variable).
Thestudy has applied on six Russian companies working in the field of furniture industry totest the nature of the relationship between the variables of the study.
Data were collectedby using a questionnaire of (30) questions which distributed to the general manager, production manager, and director of marketing, account manager and purchasing manager.
The study data analysis reached the following result: -Furniture companies take overaverage relative importance of quality in comparison with the rest of the competitiveadvantages other as invention and cost, flexibility and delivery.
