Abstract EN

This research aims to identify the level of organizational commitment of employees inthe General Company for the transportation of passengers and delegations as well as toidentify the level of discipline of employees in the researched company as well as toidentify the nature of the relationship between organizational commitment and disciplineof employees in the researched company and finally to identify the extent of the impactof organizational commitment in the discipline of workers In the researched company, the researcher used the questionnaire to collect data and information, and thequestionnaire was randomly distributed among 420 employees out of 835 employees.

Theresearch reached a set of results, the most important of which is the relationship andinfluence between the factors and variables of organizational commitment and employeediscipline.

As well as the presence of a positive orientation of the answers of the researchsample towards organizational commitment as the independent variable in the research, and also there is a positive trend of the answers of the research sample towards thediscipline of workers as the variable adopted in the research.
