Abstract EN

The present research seeks to identify the correlation and impact between the leadingcapabilities and outstanding performance in the administrative department of the IraqiMinistry of Oil, which included a sample of the survey covering (28) managers distributedat two administrative levels (department managers, and officials of the people) and thequestionnaire was used as a main tool to collect data and information For the purpose ofdata analysis, a hypothetical blueprint was prepared and a number of main and subhypotheseswere drafted and the use of the SPSS25 program.

The research attempted toanswer the main research question: What is the nature of the correlation and influencebetween entrepreneurial abilities and outstanding job performance? The most importantconclusions were the existence of a correlation and impact between entrepreneurialcapabilities and outstanding job performance.
