The increasing interest in quasi-parametric models in the last 25 years has promptedresearchers to discover more different methods of estimating its linear parametersas well as the non-parametric part.
The use of wavelet transformation in thestatistical field was a new opportunity for researchers to seek new estimates for thistype of model.
The quasi-parametric model was estimated using two methods ofestimation, the wavelet technique and the difference method.
