Abstract EN

This research contributes to illustrate the impact of organizationalenergy in hotel organizations looking for success and excellence in thebusiness environment for the purpose of penetrating the entire touristmarkets, and for the purpose of drawing policies and fixed rules must beframed by management strategies that contribute to creativity andachieve goals and a future vision of its position among competingorganizations and thus achieve efficiency.

A number of general questionswere raised to determine the level of importance of the research andspecific questions that expressed the problem of the research.
