Abstract EN

The present research seeks to show the role of the empowerment strategy(independent variable) by its dimensions: (availability of information, strength, rewards, and knowledge) in achieving administrative creativity (dependent variable) dimensions(fluency, flexibility, originality, and acceptance of risk).

The research problem was posed bythe researchers' questions, the most important of which is the administration's awarenessof the importance of the implementation of the empowerment strategy, and its impact onachieving administrative creativity through the formulation of two main hypotheses, thefirst indicated a significant correlation between the strategy of empowerment andadministrative creativity.

Significant effect between empowerment strategy and managerialinnovation.
