This study compares the standard Biz method with the Biz predictionmethod in estimating the measurement parameter for a two-parameterrally distribution assuming the location parameter is known using theerror-square loss function and the sizes of different samples(10, 20, 50, 100).
The comparison was made using Monte Carlo simulation using MSEand the results were obtained using MATLAB.
The preference for the BES prediction method for large and smallsamples is shown.
