The supreme religious authority played vital role in establishing newpolitical system after 2003, especially since the rebuilding of newstate with its institution and legal and political system not an easytask, Since this process has took place in difficult circumstances, likeinternal and external interventions and complete chaos.

Accordingly, the Article highlighted the role of supreme religious authority inestablishing new political system, dealing with occupationadministration, election, drafting new constitution, social reform andnational unity.
