The study of the future of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States ofthe Gulf at the level of two groups of regional variables, with manycontradictions and convergence between them, involves difficulties relatedto the ability to categorize the rapid events and variables that the ArabGulf region and the Middle East are going through, and come up withobjective results that can be built upon.

In other words, the councilorganization and the regional crises that accompanied its path to date, thefuture of its existence and its role are the vocabulary of this study whichseeks through the method of characterization and analysis to choose ameasurable phenomenon in order to reach scientific conclusions regardingit.
