This research explores the topic of constitution through Modern Arab Thought and through the constitutional developments that the Arab world has witnessed since the beginning of the twentieth century and till this present day.

The Arab Spring especially made an impact on the development of Arab constitution through democratic and political changes, which erupted after the outbreak of the Arab Spring.

Furthermore, Eastern- European countries have also witnessed changes to their constitutions since the late 1980s, as well as various countries in Latin America, Asia and Africa.
