Abstract EN

In this research, the relationship of ethics to the Islamic faith and its jurisprudence is examined.

The study of this relationship is through presentation and discussion, presenting what the speakers of Islam and its philosophers of the issues of moral obligation and then discussing both groups according to the balance of the Islamic religion; it is the Faisal which should be satisfied by the two parties In the first section, I talked about the importance of morality and how it relates to both faith and Sharia.

Then, I moved to the definition of moral compulsion in language and in the term, and showed the difference between morality and qualities In the second part, I spoke about the sources of moral obligation in the light of the Quran and Sunnah, and collected them in six sources: reason - conscience - intimidation and temptation - infidels - public opinion - the Sultan.

In the third part, I spoke about the moral obligation of the speakers of the Mu'tazil and the Ash'ara, and they explained the doctrine of each of them and the sources of his moral obligation.

In the fourth part he spoke about the moral obligation of the philosophers of Islam, and showed the extent of their agreement with the philosophers of Greece and their differences in the sense of moral obligation and sources, and the purpose of the philosophers of the East and Morocco.

The Fifth topic is devoted to the study of conscience and reason as two of the sources of moral obligation, what they have and what they have in both speakers and philosophers, and the view of Islam to them And then the conclusion of the research and mentioned the most important findings of the research
