Arabic Abstract

أستهدف البحث أساسا التعرف على اتجاهات طلبة قسم الغابات / كلية الزراعة في جامعة دهوك نحو العمل في مجال الغابات، و تحديد العلاقة بين الاتجاهات و جملة العوامل المستقلة، و شمل البحث (96) طالبا من مجموع (113) طالب باستثناء العينة الاستطلاعية البالغ عددهم (17) طالبا.

و قد تم جمع بيانات البحث عن طريق استمارة استبيان خاصة تتألف من جزئيين الأول منها يتعلق بالمتغيرات المستقلة، و الثاني يتضمن مقياس من نوع ليكرت لقياس اتجاهات المبحوثين مكون من (14) فقرة، و بعد التأكد من صدقها الظاهري وصدق محتواها تم قياس الثبات بطريقة الفا-كرونباخ، ثم بدأت عملية جمع البيانات بالمقابلة الشخصية، وبعد تفريغ البيانات وتصنيفها تمت معالجتها إحصائيا باستخدام عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية أهمها: معامل ارتباط بيرسون، التكرارات، المتوسطات، النسب المئوية، معامل ارتباط سبيرمان .

وكانت أهم النتائج التي أسفرت عنه البحث تتمثل في الآتي: أن أكثر من نصف المبحوثين لديهم أتجاه ايجابي نحو العمل الغاباتي (%55)، و بلغ نسبة الإناث (69.8%) من العدد الكلي للمبحوثين، و أن (83.3%) من أولياء أمور المبحوثين عملهم غير زراعي، كما أن (61.5%) من المبحوثين ينتمون إلى أسر من ذوي (10-7) أفراد، و أن أكثر من ثلثي المبحوثين (69.8%) ينتمون إلى فئة ذوى الخلفية الحضرية، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية معنوية بين المرحلة الدراسية و الاتجاه أي أنه كلما تقدم المبحوثين في مراحلهم الدراسية كلما زادت الاتجاه الايجابي نحو العمل الغاباتي.

و في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها، قدم الباحثان مجموعة من التوصيات منها : أهمية التركيز على وسائل الإعلام الجماهيرية كوسائل أو قنوات فعالة لتوصيل معلومات الغابات والمكونات و الموارد الطبيعية الأخرى لأفراد المجتمع، ضرورة بذل المزيد من الجهود، التي يمكن أن تقوم بها المؤسسات الرسمية و المؤسسات غير الحكومية و الأهالي من أجل إعادة زراعة مناطق الغابات المتضررة.

هناك حاجة ملحة إلى تنظيم حيث الاتجاهات مهمة جدا في شخصية الطالب لأنه من خلالها يستطيع أن يكون مواطنا صالحا و إنسانا ملتزما و فاضلا أو يكون بالعكس من هذا.

English Abstract

The success of development process requires a completed ingredient including human resources and finance support.

Because of the importance of the attitudes as being the motivation of human behavior, the current study aimed to identifying the attitudes of Forestry Department students at the College of Agriculture, University of Duhok and arranging them according to their attitudes towards forest domain the identification of the relationship between the students' attitude and the total independent variables students take place.

A simple sample of about 85% out of 113 students, except for the pre-test sample of 17 students.

The research data were collected by using questionnaire consisting of two parts, the first part related to the independent variables, and second part includes the Likert scales to measure the students' attitudes with four alternatives which composed of 14 items.

After that measured face, content validity and split half validity measured, furthermore the data were collected and analyzed statistically by using some statistical means, such as; frequencies, averages, percentage, spearman correlation coefficient, person correlation coefficient as well.

The most important results of study are summarized below: more than half of respondents had positive attitude toward forest work were 81% and 69.8% of respondents were females from total number of respondents.

The study did not show a correlation between the students' attitude and each of following independent variables (Background, family member, gender, father Specialization).

On other hand the study show correlation between students' attitude and some variables (Age and stage of study).

It also found that item (work in forestry domain plays and important role in the development of human and natural resources) highest ranking, as sign of importance of students' awareness of the importance of work in the forest domain for their active role in development of human and natural resources.

According of results, a number of recommendations were made, including the importance of efforts to instill positive attitudes among students in general and second, third and fourth stages toward agricultural sciences in general and especially toward forest domain, provide a suitable learning environment for them to increase them love for the agricultural profession during study and after graduation.

Putting results of this study in to the hands of those who plan agriculture policy for wise use of it in process of decision making, which would be to supplement the agricultural sector with professional technical staff capable of developing this sector and promoting it for the best.

The attention of increasing the studies related to psychological aspects because of their role in influencing the future human behavior and in developing the future curricula to develop field work requirements.

And apply similar studies to identify other factors that affect the students' attitude toward the agricultural sciences for the rest academic stages and other Departments of Agriculture College, UoD with comparison between the other Departments of the same College.
