English Abstract

in the effectiveness of the catalase enzyme in the Hapil variety of 5.533 and 4.590 / min / g wet tissue respectively, In addition, the treatments with bacterial, fungal and Azadirachtin biological agent showed significantly higher enzyme activity than the treatments with three fungi.

The effectiveness of the enzyme in the treatment of the fungus Cylindrocarpon spp.

With adding of fungal biological agent was 3.767 / min / g wet tissue.

Bacterial biological agent was significantly higher than that of Hapil in the activity of the polyphenol oxidase enzyme.

The activity of the enzyme was 0.336 / min / g wet tissue followed by azadirachtin treatment.

The activity was 0.309 / min / g wet tissue and the treatment of the three fungi.
