The research presented the most prominent features of the Implementation of communities of practice in the universities of some foreign countries, and then comparative analysis.

Analyzing the reality of Egyptian efforts in developing universities in the light of the concept of communities of practice.

The last step included the proposed procedures for the Implementation of communities of practice in Egyptian universities in light of the theoretical framework and the experiences of universities of some foreign countries.
